The recruitment product offers two components:           The applicant side           The recruiter side
	The applicant side is your corporate web site. It lists details about your agency, contact information and a "jobs board" that allows applicants to view available jobs, post CVs and apply for jobs.
	The recruiter side is the administrative system that allows you to manage your recruiting office. With this product, you can           manage employer information           manage applicant information           post/remove jobs from the job board           submit CVs to employers           track progress in placing applicants
